We start with an in person or online nutritional consultation to better understand your goals, your habits, food allergies, what your diet currently looks like, and any exercise you may be doing. The goal with this initial consult is to see if we, as a team, will work well together or not. Once you've decided on your goals we can move forward with the next phase.

We utilize an InBody 570 Body Composition Scan to see our body makeup. This gives us a comprehensive breakdown of our body composition and objective data that we can utilize to track changes month to month. We primarily use this because this is a results driven program and without any objective testing to validate our plan, it will be moot. You can learn more about our InBody 570 Scanner here  

The next step is to validate further with laboratory testing. We will test inflammatory markers, metabolic health, blood sugar control and a wide range of other health markers and other organ systems to get a glimpse of your internal physiology which will give valuable insight into the complexity of simplicity of this plan. In some cases we can prevent and even reverse some cases of diabetes and prediabetes by providing a comprehensive intervention.

 

Step 2: The Plan

What exactly will I be doing?

We undergo an optional 21-day cleanse that purifies the body and helps us start "clean." The aim with this is to rid the body of chronic inflammation, toxic heavy metal build-up, and eradicate any potential food triggers that may cause disruption to our metabolic health. We can employ several tactics based off your work schedule, scheduled life events, and anything else to make this three week process stick. Once you've completed the 21-day detox program you will notice the difference in how you feel, how certain foods "agree" with you better than others, and possibly have changes in taste buds. While we are undergoing this 21-Day Detox, the team will be writing you a custom exercise program to follow based off our initial consult. This will be a mixture of things that you love to do or simply want to improve upon. Solely interested in running? We got you covered. Want to increase your muscle mass while shedding body fat? As you continue your first month, we will be checking in periodically to answer any questions you may have. After all, one of the biggest reasons why people fail is they simply lack support and encouragement. We are here to facilitate that to get you to your goals! On top of the check-ins we like to schedule biweekly video calls to discuss any changes to the plan, listen to any feedback or simply keep you motivated and disciplined. 

After the first month, the individual plans may vary based off your goals. Want to slim down for a friend's wedding in three months? Our plan will account for that! Want to make a more sustainable, long-term health solution? Our plan will work with you!

The goal behind this is simple.
